  • We pick up your pre-paid, prechilled keg(s) from our exclusive local supplier who offer the best possible keg prices on the coast.
  • We deliver your keg(s) beer, hired kegerator and CO2 gas along with any other “Equipment” you have hired from Noosa Keg Hire and Equipment, to your event, as per the “Hire Times” on our website, or at a previously agreed to time.
  • We deliver your complimentary beer glasses (commercially cleaned and wrapped in plastic for food/beer safety) in either 200ml (7 Oz), 285ml (Pot) or 425ml (Schooner) Glasses with your beer, for your event.
  • We set up your hired kegerator and keg beer, provide a beer pouring demonstration, ensuring everything is working perfectly for your event before we leave.
  • Please Note – glass breakages/replacements are $3 per glass and glasses are required to be “rinsed” only; and stowed in the racks provided by Noosa Keg Hire and Equipment, ready for collection.
  • We return your empty keg(s) to our exclusive local supplier for return of the empty keg(s) to the brewer.
  • Noosa Keg Hire and Equipment are truly your one stop shop for all keg beer requirements, in making the beer/beverage component of your event, a memorable success for all in attendance.
  • We can also assist with a bar tender(s) for your requirements, have a chat with us and see if we can work something out with you for your event.

How it works – 1 Keg Scenario

1 x 50L Keg Craft XPA Beer

Occasions – Birthday Parties, Engagement Parties, Wedding Receptions, Corporate Events

Hire of 2 Door 3 Keg Commercial Grade Kegerator that can fit 3 kegs (2 recommended).

Hire of Glasses included – either 200ml, 285ml or 425ml (7,10 or 15 oz) x 50 in racks, clean, plastic wrapped and ready for use.
Note – breakages/replacements are $3 per glass and extra glasses can be hired at a cost.

Keg Delivery = $75 per Keg for first keg and $20 per keg thereafter.

Our friendly team will work with you in relation to how much beer you will need for the number of attendees to your event and the associated equipment required. Take a look at ‘How It Works’ for further details on 1 and 2 keg scenarios for your event.

Do not forget to check out our ‘Equipment’ section when thinking about your event. These items can be hired for your event in addition to the 2 Door, 3 Keg Commercial Grade Kegerator that will provide cold and perfectly poured beer of your choice. Delivery and Pick up Charges of the Equipment for Hire are included within the individual hire prices.

(Please note – Charges apply for damaged, lost or mistreating of equipment. We are here to help with your event, so please look after our equipment when hiring)

Once you have decided on your keg amount and any ‘Equipment for Hire’ with our friendly team, a 25% deposit is required to be paid to Noosa Keg Hire and Equipment to secure your booking. Deposits and Full payment are made by direct transfer to our NKH bank account. For a 1 x Keg scenario as per the example in the above table – 25% of $390 = $100 deposit to be paid at the time of booking with the remaining balance of $290 to be paid to Noosa Keg Hire and equipment, prior to pick up of your kegs from our exclusive local supplier.

Once your deposit is received, we will advise our exclusive local supplier of your beer equipment hire and your pending keg purchase(s), in preparation for your call to our exclusive local supplier to confirm and provide payment via credit/debit card over the phone.

Keg Orders must be confirmed and paid for by 6 pm the Sunday before your event. E.g. Friday/Saturday night event = Keg order must be placed and paid for by 6pm Sunday. Their maybe limited kegs for purchase for spontaneous events with short time frames, but all is due to our exclusive local suppliers availability.

Do not forget to order your extra packaged beer, wine and/or Spirits from our exclusive local supplier when placing your Keg orders. Noosa Keg Hire and Equipment charges reasonable delivery and handling fees to all customers for our exclusive local suppliers bottle shop products delivered, other than kegs, with some small quantities, free of charge. Delivery fees will be negotiated with customers on a case by case basis, with consistency applied for all delivery fees. All delivery fees for other purchases from our exclusive local supplier delivered with Noosa Keg Hire and Equipment keg dispensing equipment and our exclusive local supplier supplied keg(s), will need to be paid to Noosa Keg Hire and Equipment with the final equipment ordering balance payment, prior to keg and equipment delivery.

Noosa Keg Hire and Equipment will then pick up your pre chilled kegs from our exclusive local supplier (and any other bottle shop products ordered, paid and delivery organised for prior), deliver your Keg(s) from our exclusive local supplier, deliver your Noosa Keg Hire and equipment as per the indicative hire times or a time agreed upon prior, set – up your kegs and kegerator, provide a pouring demonstration and ensure everything is good to go for your amazing event.

A hire agreement will be required to be agreed to and signed by you the customer upon delivery and set up. with drivers license information to be recorded and sighted, along with a refundable $500 deposit for security of the equipment provided, prior to keg and kegerator delivery and set-up.

Noosa Keg Hire and Equipment will then pick up our equipment and the empty kegs upon completion of your event, as per the indicative hire times or a time agreed upon, prior.

Any Destinations outside of the Map above and including Noosa North Shore, will incur an extra delivery fee and can be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking of the kegerator and other NKH equipment.

Hire Times.

Friday Night Event = drop off and setup mid/late afternoon Friday and pick up mid/late morning on the Saturday.

Saturday Day Event = drop off and setup mid/late morning on the Saturday and pick up early Sunday morning.

Saturday Night Event = drop off and setup mid/late afternoon on the Saturday and pick up mid/late morning on the Sunday

Sunday Day/Night Event = drop off and setup mid/late morning on the Sunday and pick up early Monday morning.

Corporate Events = as per prior arrangement.

Does Noosa Keg Hire and equipment supply keg beer or any other alcohol related products?

No! Noosa Keg Hire and equipment does not have a liquor license and does not sell any alcohol related products to its customers. We have however combined with our exclusive local supplier in being able to exclusively provide Noosa Keg Hire and equipment kegerator hire customers with the best possible keg beer prices on the coast, delivered to their door. Locals helping locals.

Can I source my own keg and still hire a kegerator from Noosa Keg Hire and equipment?

Currently No. Our service and hire equipment are currently only exclusively hired with the purchase of keg beer through our exclusive local supplier.  As we grow as a new business this may change and we will notify our customers accordingly if such changes do occur. But you will not get any better prices for Keg beer on the Sunshine Coast, than with our exclusive local supplier.

What are my obligations as the hirer of the Noosa Keg Hire and equipment kegerator and/or other equipment hire from NKH?

  • Agree to and sign a “Hirer agreement” prior to departure of delivery and setup of equipment by the Noosa Keg Hire and equipment team.
  • Provide suitable access for the kegerator at your event. The kegerator has 100mm commercial grade wheels and Noosa Keg Hire has various ramp assistance pieces of equipment to assist in the perfect location of the kegerator for your event, but please keep in mind this is a commercial grade kegerator fridge when choosing where to stage your event and the access required in the hire of our kegerators to make your event a success. Please note our kegerator systems do not do flights of stairs.
  • Provide normal 240v Australian household power for the kegerators power use. (10m extension lead can be supplied, if required)
  • Treat all Noosa Keg Hire and Equipment, hire equipment with courteous and respect.
  • Enjoy perfectly dispensed fresh tap keg beer of your choice, delivered, set-up and organized at your event by the team at Noosa Keg Hire and Equipment.

How do I make payment?

Deposits and full balances for Noosa Keg Hire and equipment hired goods are paid by direct transfer to the Noosa Keg Hire bank account. All refundable deposit amounts are transferred back to customers utilising Osko instant payments.
